How to make vegan avocado mousse
Making this mousse is beyond quick and easy. The longest part is melting your chocolate chips in the microwave and that take no longer than 5 minutes.

- Using a microwavable bowl, melt your vegan chocolate chips. Stop and stir every 30 seconds. Stop when the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Add all your ingredients into your food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve topped with your favorites toppings like coconut whipped cream, raspberries, and chocolate shavings.
- Can be refrigerated for 2-3 days. It will harden slightly in the fridge so if you want a creamier texture when serving, allow it to sit a room temperature for 15 minutes or so.

Do you have any nutritional specifics on this delicious mousse? Calories, macros etc?
Hello Kathryn,
Using MyFitnessPal, the information is as follows (although please keep in mind the values may differ depending on the size of the avocados and the difference in brands for the other ingredients). It’s 645 calories per serving, 69.3 grams carbs, 37.7 grams of fat, 8.6 grams of protein. So the vegan chocolate mousse is a pretty rich dessert.
