Making this mousse is beyond quick and easy.
The longest part is melting your chocolate chips in the microwave, and that takes no longer than 5 minutes.
- Using a microwavable bowl, melt your vegan chocolate chips. Stop and stir every 30 seconds. Stop when the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Add all your ingredients into your food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve topped with your favorite toppings like coconut whipped cream, raspberries, and chocolate shavings.
- It can be refrigerated for 2-3 days. It will harden slightly in the fridge, so if you want a creamier texture when serving, allow it to sit a room temperature for 15 minutes or so.
