Decadent and rich, this easy chocolate mousse with cocoa powder and avocado is the perfect creamy spoonful!
Unsweetened cocoa powder
Pure maple syrup
Vegan chocolate chips
Pinch of salt
Using a microwavable bowl, melt your vegan chocolate chips. Stop and stir every 30 seconds. Stop when the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Add all your ingredients into your food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve topped with your favorites toppings like coconut whipped cream, raspberries, and chocolate shavings.
Can be refrigerated for 2-3 days. It will harden slightly in the fridge so if you want a creamier texture when serving, allow it to sit a room temperature for 15 minutes or so.
