EASY ROASTED GARLIC MUSHROOMS
Delicious garliky roasted mushrooms.
- 1 lb Cremini Mushrooms
- 6-8 cloves Fresh Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt (to taste)
- Fresh ground pepper (to taste)
Peel, rinse or wipe clean (choose your preference). Make sure you don't soak your mushrooms. Get them nice and dry using a paper towel or clean cloth.
Depending on the size, halve or quarter your mushrooms (I leave the stems as well).
Add mushrooms to your cast iron pan or lined baking tray.
Drizzle with oil, pressed garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well all together.
Roast for 20 minutes, mix once after 10 minutes.
